Through purchasing our merchandise and/or services, you are deemed to have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

The intellectual property rights in all content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of SG Academy of Fencing. All such rights are reserved by SG Academy of Fencing Pte Ltd. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored for non-commercial purposes. Content extracted from our website and published or shared on any platforms must be credited. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of this Content.
SG Academy of Fencing Pte Ltd (SGF) is unable to make any amendments once you have confirmed your order and made payment. Please ensure that the correct size, color, orientation, and address have been input prior to making payment.
There will be no cancellation of orders after confirmation and payment.
All prices quoted on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared.
We accept payment through the following methods:

DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 4 to 7 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery of orders is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays (Singapore).
All local orders are delivered via our courier service provider, NinjaVan. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us informing you of the delivery details.
Delivery time is 1-4 working days upon the dispatch of parcels to NinjaVan. Expect potential delays of up to 7 working days for peak periods during the festive season.
Additional charges will apply for re-deliveries if no one is present to receive the parcel after the 3rd delivery attempt for both standard and express deliveries. Please provide your contact number when signing up for an account at our website to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery so that the courier can reach you in any circumstances with regards to your delivery.
Delivery time for the Customized Size Order and Backorder Items will be subjected to stock availability from the supplier We will inform you of the estimated delivery time after order confirmation and payment.
International delivery may require a longer time depending on the destination country. A tracking number will be provided for international customers upon dispatching their orders for timely updates.

Most items are will require 2 to 3 weeks to reach you, items will be shipped in from Italy after order is placed and payment is made. Once the order has been dispatched from our local office we will update you with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Do rest assured that we will do our best to expedite the delivery time of each and every order.
Self-collection of online orders are required to be made within a month after the 'Ready for Collection' email notification has been sent.
Shipping Fees: A flat rate of S$8 for all orders below S$300, free local shipping for orders above S$300. For international orders, we will email you with the shipping rates when you have submitted the order through the website.
All prices stated on our website are as it is, no further tax charges will be imposed. International customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.
Please kindly contact us at email@example.com within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Only the following criteria qualify for an exchange:
Incorrect item received.
Defective item received.
Strictly no cash refunds unless the item is out of stock. Exchanges will only be done for the item in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles that do not meet all the conditions will be rejected.
A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. Any discomfort that arises from wearing the apparel is subject to individual natural body conditions that are beyond our control and is not considered a defect. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual color you see depends on the resolution of your monitor or smart gadget devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be as accurate as what we presented.
