Singapore Junior Fencing Challenge

The Singapore Junior Fencing Challenge is a local ranking competition for our junior fencers as it helps contribute local ranking points that will determine their junior local ranking at the end of the season! Our fencers did not come home empty-handed!

In the Women's Epee Individual event, we have Cymbeline Tan who displayed determination throughout the entire competition and managed to fence her way into the semi-finals guaranteeing a bronze medal! This is an amazing result as it is two medals over two consecutive weekends! Well-done Cymbeline!

Good job as well to Jaren Ng for finishing in the Top 8 in the Men's Epee Individual event!

On the second day of the competition, we have the team event competitions.

In the Men's Epee Team event, our Team A consisting of members Alasdair Low, Jacob Lim, Elton Teo and Brandon Goh fenced well throughout the competition, bowing out narrowly in the semi-final match by a single point. All of you did well and fenced your hardest! we cannot be more proud of you!

In the Women's Epee Team event, Cymbeline Tan along with our friends from Primo Fencing from Hong Kong came together to form a team where they managed to clinch the bronze medal in the competition! Fencing bridges gaps and fosters friendships! We are so excited about the next opportunity to team together again in the future!

Great job to all our fencers!
